Dear Colleague,

The 14th GWDAW conference is rapidly approaching with deadlines we would like to remind you about.
As stated in the first circular the 14th annual Gravitational Wave Data Analysis Workshop (GWDAW14) will take place in Rome, from January 26th to 29th, 2010, in the historical building (Marconi building) of the Department of Physics of the University of Rome "Sapienza".
A welcome party will take place at the Department of Physics on Monday evening 25th.


The registration deadline is on Monday, January 11th, 2010. Don't miss it!

The registration includes the lunch cost for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and the banquet dinner on the evening of January 28th (Thursday) at the Casina Valadier, the "jewel of Pincio" situated in the heart of Villa Borghese.

Internet connection request

Internet connection during the conference will be provided by the INFN WIFI network, and it will be accessible inside the Physics Departement building.

The network is already open to INFN registered users. If you are an INFN user please consult the conference web page where you will find intructions how to check if your laptop is enabled to INFN network.

If you are NOT an INFN user and you need to access the Internet using your own laptop, you are requested to fill the declaration for wireless connection (download here the request in MS Word or pdf format) and send it, together with a copy of your ID, to the following e-mail address: gwdaw14@roma1.infn.it or fax: +39 06 49914879 within January 11th, 2010, in order to receive a valid password for the wireless Internet connection. In the declaration, it is recommended to fill the MAC address code.

Poster instructions

Posters will be displayed starting from the first day for the entire duration of the workshop. The maximum size for each poster is 841 mm large, 1189 mm height (A0 format).
During the workshop the International Organizing Committee will select the best poster presented by a young physicist for assigning the award of the E4 Computer Engineering.
