We are pleased to inform you that most rapporteur talks, invited and
special sessions papers delivered at the  XXIV ICRC have finally been
collected
(we regret that few papers are still missing and but we are compelled to
go to press).

As announced they will appear in two separate issues of "Il Nuovo Cimento C"
whose publication is expected by the end of 1996.

All registered participants to XXIV ICRC will receive the Proceedings'volume
by ordinary mail at the beginning of 1997.
