We are happy to announce that the registration is now open for the GEMMA workshop.
The registration fee includes access to all workshop sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, workshop kit and social events (both social dinner and trip). You can register through the registration page, but please read first all information below.

ADDITIONAL tickets for both the social dinner and the social trip can be purchased following the registration link.
People who cannot join the social trip must specify that while registering, and the registration cost in this case amounts to 250 EUR until February 28, 2018 (CET), and 300 EUR after this date.
Registration will only be possible through the online registration form and accepted until May 23, 2018, but PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SOCIAL TRIP CAN BE BOOKED ONLY UNTIL MAY 14, 2018 (midnight, CET). The registration link will be disconnected at 6 PM (CET) on May 23, 2018.
On-site registrations are not allowed.
The fees must be paid in Euro to Sistema Congressi by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express), PayPal or bank transfer.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer:Please specify "GEMMA 2018", your name and family name as a description of payment. Please note that all bank charges must be covered by the remitter.
Personal or Company cheques will not be accepted. Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrants will be asked to pay the outstanding amount upon arrival. Invoice will be issued for any fee paid and sent to your e-mail address.
Cancellation must always be confirmed in writing: please do not forget to include all your bank details. All cancellations must be notified by April 30, 2018. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 25 EUR. After this date, refund is not possible.
