Subject: rgy_change: change finger and other user data

New command rgy_change

A new command is available on the work group servers for changing your
default printer, default shell, preferred email address, and finger
information concerning phone number and office.  See the man page for
details (man rgy_change).

Please note that if you use this tool to change your phone number or
office, the change will *NOT* appear in the DESY phone book (and hence
also won't appear in the phone/pbook command).  Contact your group
secretary or the administration group -V1- to have your new phone
number/office included in the DESY phone book.

Your full name cannot be changed with the rgy_change tool.  Please
contact the UCO if your full name needs to be corrected.
