Detailed Description

Main framework class for Diana.

This class runs a list of sequences (QSequence objects) built by the QModuleFactory object There must be a single unique instance of this class It is not a singleton because it is not supposed to be used anywhere except by the main program No methods of this class should never be used within a module or anywhere else
