List of galactic sources detected by H.E.S.S. (up to March 2009)
| List of all galactic sources detected by H.E.S.S. up to March 2009. The third column shows the number of expected muon neutrinos in 10 years of observation, calculated from the VHE gamma-ray spectrum measured by H.E.S.S. (see Kappes et al., Apj 656 (2006)). The fourth column is the expected number of events due to the atmospheric neutrino background, while the last column is the expected significance. The two extended sources, Vela Jr and RX1713, have been splitted in order to be considered as point-like for the assumed 0.3 deg angular resolution. |
