Protein structure prediction methods and biomedical applications

The seminar will illustrate some of the activities of the computational biology group.
Emphasis will be on structure prediction methods applied to biological problems such as the information content of the human genome, the dissection of protein protein interaction maps and the understanding of the immunoglobulin class of molecules.
