Seminar title:
New simulation techniques inspired by video games for tackling the nuclear organization of chromosomes.
Abstract:
New simulation techniques commonly used in video games, as inverse kinematics and physics engines, have been adapted to simulate chromosomes at every scale, from DNA up to whole nuclei. I will describe these simulation techniques and present some recent advances that have been obtained thanks to these tools.
