My academic path

I trained as an experimental particle physicist at Sapienza University of Rome, completing my PhD in 2015 with doctoral work on searches for new exotic particles decaying to photons at the CERN CMS experiment. I continued this path as a postdoctoral researcher with Cornell University from 2015 to 2019, joined INFN in 2019, and became senior research staff at INFN in 2023. My work spans detector performance, data analysis, teaching, and public engagement. More details and publications are listed in my CV.
